PDCM are delighted to announce that Practical Completion has been achieved at SEGRO’s new urban logistics development on White Hart Lane in North London. Offering 197,000ft² of high-quality industrial and warehouse buildings, the development was designed and constructed as a benchmark for sustainability, with all units utilising sustainable materials, and incorporating renewable energy and zero carbon technologies.

PDCM have provided project management services to SEGRO from the commencement of planning through to build completion.
