PDCM are pleased to announce that Practical Completion has been certified on the McCarthy Stone and Anchor partnership project in Hook, a lovely parish town on the outskirts of Basingstoke. Offering 75  retirement living apartments, all parties involved worked well collaboratively to achieve completion of this high-quality development.

This certification signifies the completion of the first phase of projects in the innovative partnership between McCarthy Stone and Anchor, with affordable retirement living accommodation being provided for the first time in the UK.
