PDCM are pleased to announce that Practical Completion has been achieved at Maple Fields, a new residential development in Odiham, a delightful village on the outskirts of Basingstoke. Consisting of 16 no. high-quality 2 and 3-bedroom houses, 6 no. of which were built for a local housing association, all properties were sold off-plan shortly after construction commenced, a true testament to the efforts of the whole team.
PDCM have provided Employer’s Agent services to Hazeley Developments Ltd. throughout the project.
