Following the successful completion of the first 4 projects in the ground-breaking strategic partnership between McCarthy Stone and Anchor, PDCM are delighted to announce that we have been appointed by McCarthy Stone Developments Ltd. to provide Employer’s Agent services on a further 3 projects within the partnership.
Providing affordable retirement living accommodation, the projects in Southend-on-Sea (Essex), Wichelstowe, and Chippenham (both in Wiltshire) are all due to reach practical completion during 2025.
