pdcm were appointed in September 2020 to provide Employer’s Agent services to McCarthy Stone on their development in Hinckley, being delivered as part of the first phase of projects in McCarthy Stone’s new strategic partnership with Anchor.
The development includes 57 high-quality one- and two-bedroom affordable retirement living apartments, and was designed to build a sense of community through open and spacious communal spaces.
