The Centenary Building has been constructed on the University of Southampton’s main Highfield Campus to provide centrally resourced Teaching and Learning spaces to create modern environments as demanded by today’s students. A full MBA suite is also incorporated at the terrace of the buildings lower wing.
The facility has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating per Southampton City Council requirements and the university’s aspirations.
Construction of the facility, along with associated public realm enhancements, was completed in early September 2019, ahead of going into timetable use for the start of the 2019/20 Academic Year.
pdcm provided project management and site inspection services on this prestigious project directly for the University of Southampton. This is the ninth consecutive project we have delivered for this Client as part of our excellent relationship.
