pdcm were appointed in March 2019 to provide construction and commercial support in connection with the external works trade package on the Lifestory Group retirement living development at Queen Victoria House in Bristol.
The works consisted of civil and structural works in addition to hard and soft landscaping. Phase 1 works were completed in January 2020, with Phase 2 works completed in August 2020.
