pdcm were appointed in September 2020 to provide contract administration services to Hazeley Developments throughout the construction phase on a new private residential development in Odiham, on the outskirts of Basingstoke.
Comprising of 16 no. high-quality dwellings being delivered for 3 separate stakeholders, including a local affordable housing association, practical completion was achieved in December 2022, with all homes being occupied prior to Christmas.
Following practical completion, pdcm continued to provide post-completion and defects management services.
