pdcm were appointed in April 2021 to provide project management services to Humphrey Farms on the second phase of their Hazeley Enterprise Park redevelopment in Twyford, near Winchester.
Comprising the demolition and re-development of a commercial building across multiple levels, we worked with the client and incoming tenant to provide a high-quality business space with provisions for future expansion and sustainability measures.
Practical completion was achieved in December 2022.
