pdcm were appointed in September 2020 to provide Employer’s Agent services to McCarthy Stone on their development in Hook (on the outskirts of Basingstoke), being delivered as part of the first phase of projects in McCarthy Stone’s new strategic partnership with Anchor.
Featuring an under-croft car park and 75 high-quality affordable retirement living apartments, practical completion was achieved in August 2023.
The certification of practical completion on this project signified the conclusion of the first phase of the ground-breaking McCarthy Stone and Anchor partnership, and pdcm are delighted to be continuing our excellent relationship with McCarthy Stone in the future.
