In September 2020, McCarthy Stone and Anchor embarked on a novel strategic partnership that aimed to provide affordable retirement living accommodation in the UK for this first time, with 4 projects identified for inclusion in the first phase of the partnership, including Standish, Greater Manchester. pdcm were appointed by McCarthy Stone to provide Employer’s Agent services throughout each project.
Offering a mixture of one- and two-bedroom retirement living accommodation, the 64 apartments and spacious residential areas were specifically designed to create a sense of community in this high-quality facility.
The first project in the partnership to be completed, practical completion was certified in March 2023.
