pdcm were appointed by Lifestory in April 2019 to provide construction support on the delivery of 24 no. high-quality residential apartments in Brockenhurst, in the heart of the New Forest.
Spanning 4 separate villas – 3 of which being new build and one being an extensive refurbishment of a former hotel, together with a large external works package, works were completed in November 2019 with first residents taking occupation pre-Christmas.
Following practical completion, pdcm continued to provide post-completion and defects management services.
